It is illegal for EVERYONE to read or compose texts or e-mails, or access the Web while driving. Fines run up to $300.
Make a pact with your friends to never use the phone while driving. It's better to hear from them a little later than never again.
Driving is the most dangerous activity teens do in a day - paying attention, wearing your seatbelt and slowing down can save your life.
From 2005-2009, 22 teens were killed or seriously injured in traffic crashes in Otter Tail County. The phone can wait! |
